Boosts EXP when equipped. The longer you wear it, the greater the effect becomes.
Less than 1 hr: 10% additional EXP
Less than 2 hr: 20% additional EXP
2 hr+: 30% additional EXP
The timer starts once it's equipped and stops when you log out, then the charge will continue from where you left off the next time you log in on the same day. The charge will reset if it is unequipped.
